Our client is a large financial services organization providing path-breaking and innovative products in the Digital payments domain. They are looking to expand to the Middle East and Africa regions. They are looking for a Sales leader who can open up these markets for them while being in India. The incumbent will be responsible for: - The role will define and own end to end execution of the roadmap in Middle East &amp; Africa region - Will be responsible for BD and also help setting up the Payment Technology - Connect with the Governments (central/state) for required permissions - Connect with Banks / FIs for introducing their product lines - Aligned with the regulatory framework and laws of the land of the Middle East &amp; Africa region - To engage with the Product, Technology, Legal, Marketing teams &amp; ensure timely product roll outs - Candidate will be working from India with occasional travel as may be required To qualify for this position you should: - MBA with 13+ years of experience - Have an experience of Banking / Cards / Digital Payments or Similar in Ops / BD - Have experience of working in Middle East / Africa region - Have an understanding of the Govt &amp; regulatory framework in MEA (any country/countries) - Have the ability to reach out to the Government at various levels and build relations - Have the ability to reach out to various banks and establish a network - Have a good understanding of either Banking or Cards or Payments domain - Ability to thrive in ambiguity and demonstrate creativity and intellectual flexibility in an uncertain and rapidly changing environment - Be from Mumbai or ready to relocate If you fit into the requirement please send me your updated resume (word/.rtf format) to Vipul@zcsindia.com Do mention - Sales Head- Payments- somewhere in the Subject line of your mail to us.
