- 10-15 years of sales experience in large private sector banks.
- Experience of heading a Regional Corporate Salary Banking Portfolio of any these banks is a definite plus
- Wide experience of financial products, geographies and distribution will be a plus.
Main responsibilities:
- Acquire Large, mid-market and SME clients.
- Drive customer acquisition within organizations. Further, enhance relationships through relevant cross-sell products. Steer customer engagement to drive adoption of products.
- Handle customer communication to all clients and their employees and be the go-to person for corporate relationship management
- Analyze corporate needs to provide customized solution inputs to product and design teams for fulfillment.
- The inclination to work with a variety of BTL campaign methodologies is an important part of the job
- Own the resourcing and recruitment strategy to build and manage sales and distribution teams across geographies
- Establish career development plans and oversee appropriate training, mentoring and coaching.
- Annual and quarterly financial plans. Periodic performance reviews.
