Business Planning & Strategy:
- Formulating the business plan for the channel meeting the organizational objectives.
- Annual / monthly with branch, cluster, region & zone level.
- Planning to consider macro factors and past trend analysis
Sales & Process Interventions:
- External Relationship management with key stakeholders at partners end.
- Performance analysis of teams, identification of areas for improvement, best practices replication across partners across Geographies.
Business Planning, Strategy, Servicing/ Support
- Create and manage an efficient resource and target allocation methodolgy.
- Team deployment in an efficient manner for productivity optimization.
Achieving Sales Targets:
- Deliver sales targets for the year for identified set of partners by sustaining and improving market share.
- Partner audit as per IRDA / RBI guidelines. To facilitate the same through audit/legal/compliance teams of &partner.
- Process Mapping to meet IRDA guidelines
