- Create and track the AOP distribution plan for sales acquisition.
- Collect revenue from customers.
- Lead, hire and manage West/East sales reps to create a motivated, focused and high performing sales team.
- Accurately forecast monthly numbers for team closures.
- Hire and Lead sales team and efforts to close deals as per commit.
- Establishing a strong rapport with prospects and helping them understand industry-best practices.
- Be mentor to the team, lead from the front, be a coach+player.
- Implementing best-practices in sales outreach.
