Job Description : The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting sales strategies, and building and developing a team of Sales Executives across the organization with an overall focus on B2B Sales Management. Responsibilities : - Own all plans and strategies for developing and achieving the company's short-term and long-term sales targets. - Should look at B2B SaaS/ corporate sales - End to end sales is fine but should have done more of hunting than farming - Able to give a GTM strategy and reverse engineer - Be with Industry Trends Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices - Supplement your pipeline by completing lead-generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches - Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
