National Sales Head - at a startup looking to make a dent in a $90 BN/year Industry

Our Business: A b2b platform to standardize and make more efficient a $90

BN/year highly fragmented inefficient market for the construction industry. To create a transparent, efficient and seamless experience for the industry offering the highest quality systems that create value for all stakeholders involved. Founder has 20+ years of experience in the industry across the US, Asia and India

Who you are: You are an over achieving professional with enterprise sales in your DNA. You will be responsible for developing a national sales strategy along with the Founder to blanket the industry and set new benchmarks for the business. You will strategically build your team, identify the best technology options for sales and marketing and sell corporate solutions to the Construction and Real Estate industry. Although you strive to meet and exceed projections, you will always act in the best interest of the customer.

You have experience with SaaS opportunities and some technology oriented CRM platforms (Feshdesk etc) and are very experienced at selling IT solutions. Your knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions is very good and you have strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills. You have an innate ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously and have hands on experience in C-level presentations

What you will do:

- You will understand the business flows, get fully conversant with the software being developed and identify target customers

- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects

- Create reliable forecasts and report transparently on pipe line status in terms of leads generated and leads converted

- Close new business consistently at or above quota level

- Develop and execute on a National level strategic plan

- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams

- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the Founder build the company into a powerhouse

- Travel required (approximately 30% of the time)
