Major Responsibilities & Activities:
- Formulation and implementation of Sales Strategies in line with Company Vision & Goals
Sales - conceptualise & execute Sales activites to meet Sales Targets
- Lead, manage and develop the Sales Team
- Plan, Monitor & Control the Sales Budget
- Manage and develop Dealer network
- New Business Development
- Keep updated on Market Developments - Customer, Competitor, Product movements; Demand Drivers
Key Result Areas / Position Deliverables:
- Development of effective Business Plans & Sales Strategies
- Sales Development, meet Sales Targets Market Share enhancement
- New Business Development
- Dealer Behavior, Performance Management & new Dealer appointments
- Sales Team performance
Preferred Candidates:
1. 10 to 15 years in Sales, Business Development, Customer Interactions (preferable industries - consumer durable, appliances). Min 5 years in leading Sales Team, formulating Sales Strategies. Dealer management experience essential
2. Language proficiency: English, Speaking/working knowledge of Hindi essential and managing in South Indian languages
3. Travelling necessary
