Head - Sales Automation - Insurance

Position of Head sales automation on offer with a leading Insurance company in Mumbai.

Candidate will be accountable for Leading and Directing the Sales Automation projects

Engaging with the Sales Channel leadership to identify opportunities and get their buy in and Team Management.

Candidate responsibilities will include to Articulate the need to the development, Create appropriate frameworks for automation/segmentation . Oversee the projects initiation and implementation and Assess training needs and ensure relevant level of training.

Candidate with minimum 12 years of experience with a strong familiarity in Insurance and IT. Also must expertise in automation of sales process of insurance.
