National Feed Sales Head will lead and develop strategy, sales teams and processes to achieve revenue targets. In this role, you will provide strategic vision and tactical direction, oversee and direct the responsibilities of employees and represent the organization in promoting and selling the company's products and services.

Key Accountabilities

- Organize and coordinate feed sales operations across India

- Evaluate market potential and the status of sales in each geography area.

- Plan and organize sales projects and activities for a geographical area.

- Identify potential customers and nurture existing customer relationships.

- Plan, develop and deliver the marketing strategy for products, services and associated brands.

- Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hi performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum of 12 years of experience as a sales leader in a national animal feed brand Experience with launching new categories of products in cattle, poultry, or swine sectors.

- Experience leading B2B sales across multiple geographies.
