- To strategize and Drive the Sales Numbers of the Organization aligned to the profitability goals for organization.
Key responsibilities :
- Build & Grow Distribution & Loan Book by achieving Desired numbers through regions
- Develop & Execute Sales Strategy to achieve desired targets laid out in AOP.
- Build on competency of Sales Team for achieving the desired number.
- Drive & Motivate the Team by rolling out Reward & Recognition Schemes.
- Responsible for building the organization brand among Customers.
- Aligning with the Agri Eco System to ensure the long run plans of the organizations are met.
- Increasing the retail distribution.
- Manage & Control Branch Expenses.
- Regular Reviews of the Regional Strategies.
- Regular Training of Sales Force and Agencies.
- Adapting Industry Best Practices.
- Gathering the Market Intelligence Report before developing the locations.
- Responsible for developing customer friendly products and user cases and ensure optimal level of customer services.
- Working with the Product Team to bring in new products.
- Update management regularly on business performance.
- Support the management by leading projects on products to drive top line.
- Preparing collaterals for promotion of the products and devising a strategy on visibility of Sales.
