Client Profile:

Our client is an established and leading Ag-Tech (Agro-Technology) which has recently become part of a European Multinational agri-focussed organization. Our Clients are seeking to recruit a Seasoned and Result-oriented Sales Manager to lead their Pan-India operations.

The company provides elegant, field-proven software with a suite of products for - last mile-, agriculture. The company is ISO certified company and consistently invests in integrating newer technologies into solutions that they provide for their customers. They architect, configure and implement their solutions and ensure long-term success through specialized user training. What drives their systems is an understanding of the knowledge behind the framework.

The company is in the process of building India's most comprehensive agri-food platform consisting of vertically integrated and technologically supported agri-food businesses. Their platform enables them to build strong core competences across the value chain and create synergies between their portfolio companies.

Job-Profile :

- As an Enterprise Sales Head, will lead the front-facing team of the company and empower its mission.

- He/she will play a vital role in hiring and onboarding the best talent, who are equally excited about our mission.

- He/she will be a sales leader and establish a sales team to drive the company's growth and mission forward by aligning the sales teams to the company's short and long-term goals. Agri domain knowledge is a must.

- Overall the person needs to deliver agreed sales revenue and margin targets, with support from the sales team.

- Candidate Profile Graduate / Post-graduate in Agriculture and 8-15 years field experience in sales of Agri inputs (seeds, pesticides etc.). Must have experience in building & leading sales teams. Should have a good appreciation of IT either by way of regular use and should have worked in such systems.

- The position is expected to be closed before end-May. Our clients offer excellent salary & career growth prospects.
