Head - Accessories & Merchandise for a leading Manufacturing Organization based at Delhi/NCR.

Grade: AGM/DGM

Qualification required: Graduate in Designing/Fashion Technology

Candidates having 14+Years of experience in:

- Developing Sales Plan & Strategies to achieve targeted business volume

- Monitoring & reviewing targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and ensure region & channel achieve these plans

- Formulate & execute periodic Sales Promotion Schemes to drive the business growth

- Change Management and onboarding all authorized network for Accessories & Merchandize business

- Setting up omni channel distribution and building volume on ecomm platforms,

Major KRA's:

- Market research to identify product concepts

- Prepare business case & freeze development plan

- Drive D&D process to ensure timely launches

- Identify products for upcoming new TW models & ensure launches.
