- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the Real Estate Builder/Developer and Data Centre segments, identify target accounts, and drive revenue growth.
- Identify key pain areas of the segments from the facilities standpoints and automation/digitisation opportunities to create value
- Identify key accounts to go after and go deep into these accounts. Create complete account map for various different BUs of the builder/developer community
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals, providing guidance and support, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in both industries, leveraging industry knowledge and insights to drive business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies that address customer needs and differentiate our offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation, expansion, and enhancement.
- Forecast sales projections, track performance metrics, and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results to senior management on a regular basis.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, networking with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers to promote our brand and generate leads
- Evaluate partnership opportunities for partners to take some of our building automation, ESG, Hybrid workplace and CAFM solutions to their tenants
