Head Safety for a Real Estate Developer in Mumbai

1. Providing high quality, implementable, detailed safety guidelines, and implementation procedures through Practical Safety Manual.

2. Update and revise the Safety Manual as per best practice and new challenges being faced by the organization.

3. Demonstrating best practice at the site.

4. Demonstration/training on the key safety areas which are likely to come up on the projects.

5. Conducting Safety Induction for Construction Management department associates and creating a high level of safety awareness/culture in this team on an ongoing basis.

6. Conducting safety audit and discussing improvement areas with Project Manager and assessing the improvement made since the previous audit.

7. Finalizing vendors for key repetitive safety activities.

In relation to premises occupied by the Company:

1. Provide inputs wrt Safety norms to Design Team at time of conceptualization to ensuring safe place to work

2. Conducting regular audit of all such premises and providing audit report and improvement area

Scope: Creating awareness of the need for safe construction and providing guidelines and training on how to have a high safety environment.
