Reporting : Country Manager / CEO India

Location : Anywhere in India

- This role will be responsible for setting up the RPO business for the organization. The position reports to the Country Manager / CEO and some of the key pre requisites for success in this role are detailed below

- Strong Business Development experience - Local and Global and proven track record of the same

- Top Management / Client facing capabilities

- Sound knowledge of the working landscape / competition of the RPO industry and good client connects

- Preferably someone who has handled the RPO business in a regional or national role with the potential to grow into a business head role

- Being well versed with IT/Technology related RPO business would be desirable but not mandatory

Key Prerequisites :

- Graduate with 10 + years of aggressive Business Development and Client acquisition. Only professionals from Staffing and Recruitment industry would be considered. Prior experience in RPO sales preferred.

- Strong sales orientation with thorough market insights.

- Leadership abilities and stakeholder management capabilities

- Proven experience in setting up RPO's would be desirable but not mandatory
