Key Responsibilities

Drive the Strategy and operations for the RPO business in India

Manage and grow the P&L

Stakeholder management

Wholistic responsibility of Sales, BD, Key account Management, Service Delivery, transitioning

People Management

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong 10+ yrs exposure to outsourcing industry

Expertise in new client acquisition, key account management

Track record of driving business growth

Experience in complex stakeholder management and reporting structures.

Experience leading large teams

Excellent Communication Skills
