Head - Rostering - Airlines

Planning and implementing roster through AIRLINE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ARMS).

Supervised daily schedulers and participated in preparing the duty rosters for crew members of scheduled airlines.

Responsible for tracking crew member legalities to ensure all DGCA regulations are met.

Computing monthly crew requirement and leave planning (Leave Bidding Portal) for crew according to monthly availability.

Representing rostering department in all internal and external audits (DGCA / IOSA). Ensure all flight pairings are covered.

Collection and Summarizing of Flying Hours, Night Halts and Total No. of Trips of Pilots for each Month.

Planning and Conducting Aircraft Trainings for Newly Inducted Pilots.

Liaison with various departments for training programs, License Renewals, Medical Examinations, etc.

Handling all type of exceedances caused by FDTL, A/C grounding, change in flight routing, etc.

Representing rostering department in the Board Meetings.

Managing 24- 7 operations with the minimum number of rostering staff.

Liaison with OCC and MCC for daily aircraft movement plan for better and smooth operations.

Planning and execution for new aircraft induction with the coordination of MCC and the other external agencies.

Six month experience of crew Training planning IR/LR, CAT II /III A, Monsoon, Trainer / command upgrade plan, Trainer's SIM planning. Coordination with various vendors for Simulator slot booking and plan circulation to the concern crew.

Preparing statistics report of equalization of crew Simulator training and execution for Management.
