Head - Robotics Process Automation

We are looking for a senior IT professional heading the RPA practice in any of the leading consulting firms :

The incumbent shall be responsible for

- Designing automated process solutions (i.e. Robots) in accordance with standard (Blue Prism, UiPAth) design principles and conventions.

- Working with process-improvement teams and vendor partners to analyze and understand business processes.

- Engage directly, or through vendors, with process owners / subject matter experts (SME's) to gather business process details and identify solution requirements.

- Craft the business case for each initiative to evaluate feasibility

- Manage the creation and maintenance of solution documentation.

- Manage testing and document results.

- Serve as an expert, trusted, advisor to senior management on RPA matters

Expectations:-

- Should be working in the RPA practice of a Consulting firm.

- Likely you will have at least 18+ years of experience in IT Applications and Technology

- Consistent record of delivery and leadership in project management

- Experience with Automation for varied industry segments.

- Strong analytical and communications skills

- Ability to work as part of a global, culturally diverse virtual team
