Head - Risk - Secured Business - SME/Mortgage

Job Role :

- Responsible for driving policies and portfolio management of SME Secured Products and Relationship Management.

- Responsible for driving policies on technical side for collateral onboarding in all mortgage businesses

- Responsible for monitoring of mortgage portfolio which includes below areas:

1. Monitoring of - High Ticket Mortgage loans

2. PDD Monitoring

3. Weak Accounts Monitoring

- Enable robust monitoring mechanisms, risk profiling, default probability analysis and scoring models to build and manage a profitable portfolio.

- Ensure robust risk and operating controls to deliver efficient portfolio.

- Monitoring and constant calibration of the risk framework.

- Should apply market acumen and portfolio analysis expertise to review portfolio performance matrices on a regular basis and execute relevant risk mitigation action.

- Evaluation of Portfolio performance and benchmarking the same to Industry

- Will be measured on portfolio profitability, loss management and engagement with product, credit and relationship team.

- Drive new initiatives and capability implementation on risk management

- Stakeholders: Extensive engagement with Business, Product team, Underwriting, Legal, Operations, Analytics and Business Intelligence.
