Our client is one of the leading Fintech start up in consumer durable and unsecured loans set up.

Description

Reporting to the Founder of the Fintech, you will be responsible for :

- Setting Risk and Policy team from scratch with strong experience in credit risk function working on conjunction with senior leaders and partners Banks/ NBFC's

- Keeping risk and portfolio performance at the optimum level

- Doing credit and underwriting using technology

- Ensuring that the governance, risk, compliance and control frameworks of the set up are strong and robust

- Strategise and partner in implementing technology to enable a digital journey in the retail lending process- e.g. underwriting, KYC etc.

- Oversight of collections and debt recovery

- Strong hands one experience in risk modelling and analytics with use of various risk tools

Profile :

- CA/ MBA with 10+ years work experience in credit risk and policy function from any bank/ NBFC and Fintech start up

- Strong retail product knowledge with focus on credit cards and personal loans with strong policy knowledge of the unsecured loans

- 12-15 years work experience in retail Lending experience is a must

- Prior experience in policy, collections and risk analytics is a must for the role

- Candidates currently working in Banks/ NBFC's and Fintech in unsecured loans - credit, risk and policy function need to apply only
