Head - Risk & Policy - Commodity Financing

The candidate should be able to identify risks at a portfolio level. Understanding of operational risk as it pertains to the lending process including commodity or asset price discovery mechanisms are required.

The key responsibility areas for the Candidate in the role would be :

- Credit underwriting and operations

- Portfolio analytics and review

- Managing the risk policy

- Preparing risk policies for various products across the group

- Data management for various stakeholders of the company

- Managing transactional approvals

- Managing the disbursement process through the Kissandhan Operations team

- Product approvals

- Process changes for improving efficiency
