Head - Risk Management - Retail Banking/Consumer Finance/Credit Card Domain - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/IIT/NIT

We are looking for Head of Risk Management.

KRA : 

Risk management - Built credit/fraud models (PD/LGD etc.) & credit strategy (CART, CHAID etc.), Created processes, implementation of risk management tools - Portfolio management , Portfolio performance management, Model monitoring (PSI/CSI etc.) tracking of portfolio movement, Product Development - Involved in developing new loan products through rigorous analysis of market data

 - Formulate long-term strategy for the company with an eye on market & competition 

- Owner of & aligned with the Business P&L - Help recruit an highly skilled, motivated, outcome driven team

- Previous experience in Retail Banking/Consumer Finance/Credit Card is essential. Strong business and analytical sense and demonstrable track record of heading a P&L. Experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating a team with an inclination to leverage data and technology.

Key Competencies Required: 

Education and Experience : 

- MBA from a top Business School or PHD/MS from IIT or other top Engineering Colleges

- Having at least 6-10 years of experience in model development & validation for credit/fraud

- Managed a team of model developers / strategy makers at least for 4 years

- Deep understanding of consumer lending and underwriting /processing of personal / sme loans

- Ability to understand product, technology and operations

- Passion to build a business

- Ability to formulate business relationships

- A strong motivator and leader who leads with examples

The current location is Gurgaon but candidate should to be open for relocation anywhere in the world as per the business requirements.
