Risk Management:  - Ensure proper Process/management/business Risk Management Framework is in place  - Develop, implement and execute Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA) across functions and ensure remediation for gaps observed  - Perform testing and validation on control gap remediation efforts, once the remediation action plan has been reported as implemented   - Develop risk and control libraries and establish a program of regular testing:  - Ensure implementation of action plans are tracked and monitored effectively for closure   - Ensure collation of all operation loss in the company and ensure corrective actions are taken against the same  - Establish and monitor key risk indicators, as well as implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks.  - Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal control framework in addressing risks and accomplishing the company's goals and objectives  Internal Audit & IT Audit:  - Develop a deep understanding of the business strategy, policies, processes, risks and controls.  - Defining Audit Calendar and Scope & Coverage.  - Conduct Revenue Assurance and Compliance audits  - Representing audit reports to executive management, Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.  - Ensuring that audits are conducted as per schedule  Required experience:   - CA with 12+ years experience  - Who has internal audit and risk management experience  - Who has worked extensively in the area of process improvement  - Who has worked with methodologies like 6 Sigma, Lean Sigma etc  - Currently working in bank in process risk management group in a bank preferably or atleast from any financial institutes only   Interested candidates kindly contact on 9819514464  or http://in.linkedin.com/pub/tejal-panchal/32/b7b/239/
