They have a really big setup in terms of auto business.The client is an ISO 9001 certified focused IT company with a vision to be a billion dollar company by 2021 with global footprint by creating innovative products and services. They recently raised $50 million, in a new round of funding led by Chinese funds Hillhouse Capital and Tybourne Capital, valuing the firm over 1800 Crores.

Job Description :

- Manage the risks that might have adverse impacts on the capital and ability to meet clients' needs. Management of risks includes the following activities: supporting risk governance, identification, measurement, mitigation and monitoring of risks on a timely basis.

- The Head of Risk will be responsible for ensuring an effective internal compliance function is in place and ensure that the Bank's chosen risk management framework (Self Assessment Templates) is being fully implemented in all areas.

- The Head of risk will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements as stipulated by the Reserve Bank of India including AML, KYC etc

- The Head of risk will also be responsible for thought leadership in all aspects of risk including the embedding of a risk culture and risk training/awareness at all levels within the Bank

Profile :

- A self starter with close to 12 years of experience with a desire to excel & grow in a fast paced organization
