Risk Management Head

- We are on the lookout for an accomplished and results-oriented Head of Risk Management to spearhead the creation and execution of an all-encompassing risk management framework for our organization.

- The successful candidate will showcase a profound grasp of risk management principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.

- Their primary responsibility will be to recognize, evaluate, and alleviate various risks, ensuring the company's stability and alignment with regulatory standards.

- The ideal contender for this role should bring over 15 years of experience in the realm of Risk Management, with a solid track record of at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Forge and Execute Quality & Audit Management Framework:

- Grasp the intricacies of Capital markets (preferably Mutual Funds) and devise an adept Quality & Audit framework.

- Architect a Quality & Audit framework that aligns organizational efforts for heightened operational efficiencies.

- Collaborate with diverse business units to maintain uniformity in quality & audit programs.

Risk Identification, Audits, and Evaluation:

- Spot and evaluate various risks, spanning operational, financial, legal, and reputational realms.

- Oversee Quality & Audit evaluations to discern potential risks.

- Oversee a robust "Quality control system" and carry out periodic audits.

- Chronicle, monitor, and rectify non-compliance and observations arising from audits through collaborative endeavors with respective units.

Quality and Audit Mitigation and Oversight:

- Develop and execute Business Continuity Planning (BCP) strategies.

- Formulate strategies and action plans to cushion the impact of identified risks.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Guarantee adherence to the stipulations of multiple regulatory bodies and authorities.

- Align risk management practices with internal policies and industry benchmarks.

- Implement ISO 9001 and 22301, ensuring compliance with their scope.

Foster a Quality Management Culture:

- Cultivate a culture of quality consciousness and management within the organization.

- Conduct training sessions and awareness programs to enlighten employees about the implications of non-egregious actions.

- Collaborate proficiently with stakeholders to integrate quality practices into all facets of the business.

Experience & Skills Necessary:

- Proven experience of at least 15 years in Quality, Risk, and Audit Management, preferably in a leadership role.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to assess intricate risks and devise inventive solutions.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

- Meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast sense of accountability for risk-related matters.

- Adeptness in leading and managing a team of seasoned professionals and subject matter experts.

- Professional certifications in Quality & Audit would be advantageous.
