About our Client - Our client is a Leading International Consulting Firm with offices across the Globe. They are looking to recruit a top management professional to head up their Insurance Analytics and Actuarial practice.

Job Description - Reporting in to the CRO, and based out of Bangalore, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the overall Insurance Risk, Operations Risk and Reinsurance practice

- Heading up the non-Life Actuarial, and Data analytics unit

- Engage with Global stakeholders and managing the PnL

- Managing a team of senior Insurance, Reinsurance and Actuaries professionals

The Successful Candidate - As the successful applicant, you will:

- Have a PhD/Masters Degree in a Quantitative discipline from one of the Top Tier Institutes like ISI/IITs/IIMs, MDI or a Global School

- Be a Duly Qualified Actuarial Professional

- Have 10+ Years of experience in the Actuarial Domain, Insurance Underwriting across Property and Casualty, Life and Health Insurance Analytics

- Have managed large global teams and be able to thrive in an ambiguous environment

- Come with excellent executive presence and have the ability to manage high performance senior professionals

- Have worked in an international location or large MNC environments
