Our client is one of the leading fintech based out of Bangalore.

Job Description :

- Responsible for leading the Risk function to help build scalable and effective processes to help launch new categories of lending and structured loan products

- Devise Risk framework for the Company by addressing Fraud control & security, Information security and data privacy, Credit risk, Portfolio risk, and Financial Risk

- Responsible for identifying, measuring, and reporting Risk across various functions within the organization and work with respective functions to mitigate them

- Participate in leadership discussions to bring in the Risk perspective to business operations, customer experience, partnerships, legal, technology, and new initiatives

- Work closely with key stakeholders such as senior management, regulatory and compliance authorities

The Successful candidate should :

- Have 13+ years of total experience in the banking and financial services domain

- Possess a deep understanding of the regulatory framework for Banks/NBFCs along with experience in operational risk, technology risk, and credit risk
