Job Description

- Work on formulation of Credit policies for the Indian Personal Loan market

- Develop and test Statistical Credit Models to measure and evaluate Customer Credit Behaviour

- Improving Customer Acquisition Strategies

- Monitor the Acquisitions funnel, Model Performance, and Portfolio Trends to develop strategic lending and business insight

- Build new Credit Acquisition and Risk Management capabilities as well as improve the existing ones

Skill Sets

- 6-9 years of experience in unsecured credit risk in the Indian personal loan market

- Strong analytic programming skills (R, Python, Excel)

- Excellent Credit Judgment and Risk Assessment with experience in developing lending Customer Acquisitions and/or Portfolio Management Strategies
