Role : Head Risk Containment Unit

Grade : Chief Manager /AVP

Experience : Minimum 8 to 10 in RCU (asset) Division

Location : Mumbai

Job Role :

- Managing portfolio risk for Asset products

- Conducting Portfolio performance analysis by means of portfolio review basis delinquency, customer profile, FPDs, SPDs & Skips and initiating remedial measures for portfolio betterment.

- Developing and imparting fraud training to other business functions viz Credit, FI agencies, Risk vendors, Operations & new joinees in the organization.

- Conducting internal/ employee investigations & taking them to a logical conclusion.

- Pre-recruitment checks of employees.

- Maintain fraud losses within budgeted parameters through proactive risk management activities.

- Conducting pre-signup checks on external agencies providing sales, collections, legal, technical, valuation & risk investigation support to the organization.

- Liaising with law enforcement contacts and legal channel in order to take fraudulent activities/ cases to a logical conclusion.

- Consistent checks on policy, procedural as well as operational processes to plug any loopholes from risk perspective.

- Helping in formulating credit and collateral policies of the organization.
