Job Title Head - Risk and Compliance

Experience

- 12 -15 Years of post-qualification experience in Financial Services, Banking, Investments, Insurance, working in senior risk and compliance roles within complex global organizations

- Experience in designing and implementing risk management and Corporate Governance

- Experience of KYC and BC

- Experience of managing teams and matrix reporting

- Past experience in dealing with regulators (desirable)

Education/ Qualification & Certifications

- Qualified accountant and accreditation in Risk Management

- Post Graduate in Management

Technical/ Functional Skills Required

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

- Ability to gauge risk and compliance impact of projects, propose risk mitigation solutions

- Risk & Control Assessment and Root Cause Analysis

- Operational Risk Principles, Practices and Implementation

- ERM Framework Principles and Practices and Implementation

- Risk Review and Challenge

- Know Your Customer Good Practice

- Experience in dealing with international customers

- Excellent presentation and MS office power point skills

- Expertise in regulations that govern Benefit solutions and Insurance broking in India, UK,US, Australia and Asia (preferred)
