Head - Risk & Analytics - FinTech

Job Description : Responsible for Credit &Risk Management of the company including defining Credit Risk Policies in the areas of Underwriting & Customer Management, Development of Models and Ownership of Data Science related work streams, Risk Appetite Framework, Granular Level Portfolio Monitoring to detect emerging risk trends.

Key Deliverables:

1. Develop Credit Risk Policies in the areas of Underwriting and Customer Management along with regular monitoring to identify enhancement opportunities

2. Detect emerging risk by granular customer segment level monitoring. Work towards automated alert creation mechanism on the same

3. Build predictive models to manage risk. Monitor performance parameters periodically

4. Perform periodic case reviews and sample based testing to draw learnings and plug gaps in Risk Management. Conduct Reject Inferencing exercise time to time to optimize Credit Risk Policy Parameters

5. Develop comprehensive MIS which includes various metrics across customer life cycle starting from application process to collection process both at portfolio as well as appropriate segment level. Work on automation of the same to ensure adequate time is spent in drawing insights

6. Set portfolio level Risk Appetite Framework (RAF): Define list of performance and profile metrics (different stages of delinquency rates, flow rates, recovery rates, booking profile segments etc) along with tolerance level

7. Collaborate with first line teams and provide recommendations on areas/segments of growth with appropriate risk-return trade off
