Head - Risk & Analytics - Financial Technology Firm

- Key areas of expertise include Data Analytics, Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Risk Appetite Framework, Manage, Develop, and implement credit policies and risk management strategies for Personal Loans.

- Implement Local Risk strategies, development of score cards & risk decisioning framework.

- Maintaining portfolio within approved risk appetite, monitor the portfolio, highlight/control risks.

- Ensure Loan Impairment budgets are met.

- Develop and govern portfolio MIS for effective portfolio tracking, triggers and exploration to assist the business in achieving the optimum risk reward equation.

- Responsible for overall Governance including Gap Analysis against internal and external regulations

- Support Business in existing and new product development to assist in meeting business objectives.

- Manage the new initiatives/experiments, new segment plans, geographic expansions and fintech partnerships for Personal Loans

- Active participation on digitization efforts and digital verifications/fraud checks. Manage, motivate and guide both direct and indirect team
