This opportunity as the Head of Risk Analytics for credit card portfolio requires you to be responsible for a group of highly qualified risk analytics and risk strategy professionals, delivering risk management services to the onshore teams.

Job Description: Reporting to the Global Head, you will be responsible to:

- Demonstrate active, effective leadership by inspiring a vision, motivating a passion to excel and cultivating the firm values.

- Effectively manage day to day administrative functions of managing a team of 50-100 professionals.

- Actively partner with onshore senior risk leaders across multiple lines of consumer businesses to help grow the firm's bottom line and protect the company from undue credit, fraud, operational or reputational risks.

- Source, recruit, hire, train and develop local talent and get them to stateside talent levels.

- Create career mobility to ensure acceptable levels of retention within the offshore team.

- Provide thought leadership in all aspects of risk strategy for credit card portfolio including acquisition strategy, collections strategy, capital forecasting, impairment etc.

The Successful Candidate: As a successful applicant, you should have:

- Over 15 years of experience in risk analytics and risk strategy within retail credit businesses post your masters degree in a quantitative discipline (Economics, Statistics or Maths).

- 5+ years with P&L management responsibility for risk management in credit card, secured loan products (mortgage or auto) for US or UK consumer banking business.

- Proven ability to create, socialize and implement business wide risk management strategy.

- You have exceptional management, analysis and presentation skills and have demonstrated experience to attract and retain a high performing team.
