- This is regarding opening with a leading Pvt Bank as a Head of Risk Analytics

Experience : 12+ years of experience and understanding in analytics in BFSI

Note : Worked in analytics using tools like SAS/Python etc.

Job Role :

- Communicate with the model development and analytics teams to ensure scorecard validation.

- Establish and manage the governance and control surrounding the creation and monitoring of scorecards, including any necessary tollgates in the model-building process. This covers supervision of the modeling window (performance and observation), completion of the incorrect definition, gathering of hypotheses, model statistics, validation process, and implementation controls.

- Establish a framework and governance to regularly monitor scorecards in cooperation with the analytics team. Establish the model monitoring threshold and success metric. When the thresholds begin to be crossed, the scorecard should be redeveloped.

- Analyze risk trends continuously to develop novel features, insights, and variables for the portfolio that clarify causality and aid in identifying risk drivers. The impact of these aspects should be evaluated, and the relevant portfolio risk managers should be informed so that appropriate policy measures can be taken.
