Rewards

- Design & review compensation philosophy of the organisation

- Benchmark salaries of all employees with the help of empanelled vendors

- Provide analysis of the report basis the benchmark of the salaries

- Manage annual compensation and review process for all employees which includes processing increments, variable pay & promotions.

- Staying abreast with market trends to ensure industry best practices are implemented within the organisation.

- Support in preparation of necessary documents for NRC

- Handling employee queries towards compensation

- Forecast manpower budget including different scenarios & continuous monitoring of the same.

Shared Services (HR Ops) -

- Automation of existing HR processes through embedded HRMS

- Ensure 100% statutory & regulatory compliance in HR processes.

- Manage timely & accurate payroll of all employees including salaries/FNFs.

- Implement HR Analytics with effective HR metrices.

- Enhance employee experience by continuous improvement in the operations.

- Lead the Employee Onboarding process.

- Manage HR audits by providing information as per the requirement & ensuring closure towards the same.

- Support in new initiatives undertaken by HR team.

WORK EXP. 15+ years' experience in HR. Exposure to BFSI sector would be an added advantage

QUALIFICATIONS Masters in HR, Certification in HR Functions will be an added advantage.
