- Define & Execute the Total Rewards strategy for the Business in India
- Lead, develop and execute compensation strategies and benefits programs that are internally equitable and externally competitive.
- Facilitate data driven decision making through business advisory, project and stakeholder management and in depth data analysis
- Provide analytical support to the annual market review process, including survey management, and analysis of market competitiveness
- Research internal comparable and external market data to evaluate management, professional, technical and administrative jobs. Summarize research findings and based on grading and pay guidelines, recommend grade to management
- Support the planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle across all markets, including communication and support to HR Business Partners
- Lead design of all variable pay for India and SAF (Sales and Agriculture Incentive plans)
- Regularly analyze and audit benefits data to determine eligibility, calculate benefits/premiums, track costs, and identify trends
