We are hiring a Head - Rewards & PMS, Policy and Analytics (Group level role) for a global conglomerate service provider in India, and this position is based out of Mumbai.
Must have:
- 8+ years of excellent expertise in PMS, Rewards, Policy & Analytics, with at least 4 years of managing the role end to end.
- Have hands-on and in-depth domain knowledge & experience in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management Lifecycles, and Analytics, in a large corporate/conglomerate.
- Be able to design pay structures for different job band levels.
- Create Analytics dashboards to better understand employee performance & workforce productivity and administer the maintenance of scorecards and other relevant metrics. Recommend the addition of necessary tools to aid in business decision-making.
- Be experienced in job evaluations.
- Strategize, develop and implement successfully, identify gaps, and provide solutions.
- Strong experience in working closely with the board, management, and stakeholders, as an advisor and presenting it effectively, aligning people and business goals.
- MBA in HR with strong project management skills.
- Be able to effectively communicate with the senior leadership and other functional heads at the organization.
MBA with engineering background preferred.
