Job Description - Our Client, a Leading Manufacturing Organisation is looking to hire a Leadership candidate to Head - Compensation & Benefits for APAC working with Regional Teams and Reporting to the COE Head globally.
Client Details: They are a leading Manufacturing firm Headquartered in Bangalore. They are a global MNC, with an employee base of over 60,000 across 70+ countries.
Description:
The key responsibilities will include the following:
- Developing compensation strategy and directing the design, implementation and communication of employee compensation plans/policies across all businesses and functions, in collaboration with others.
- Deliver value through Rewards Strategies, policies and solutions that enhance the attraction and retention of top talent, assuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Incubate, implement and drive various compensation programs including Market Benchmarking, Merit Increase, Pay for performance programs and compensation planning etc. for diverse job profiles.
- Playing a critical role in ensuring compliance to all applicable labour laws and audit standards.
- Lead Salary review and other comp, Job evaluation and Job grading, Short Term incentive, Benefits etc for the region
Profile:
- Experience with Consulting and in-house in Rewards is a must have
- Extensive knowledge of different facets of Rewards covering Compensation and Benefits Strategies, designing rewards programs and solutions that align with unique needs of business
- Demonstrated strong leadership experience with involvement in execution as well as the development of strategic rewards initiatives
- Creative and curios with a solutions-based mentality
- Strong organizational skills with ability to work in a complex business environment
- Self-motivated and an ability to work autonomously
