Head Rewards - Global Pharma MNC
- As the leader of C&B, you will be leading designing and delivering solutions in the area of Total Rewards
- Work with Senior business leadership to strategise, develop and implement C&B policy and structure for the organisation
- Managing reward interventions including benchmarking, annual salary revisions, design of incentive and benefits programs, job evaluation
The ideal candidate would have :
- At least 13+ years of relevant work experience in C&B post MBA from a Tier 1 institute and proven track with reputed organizations
- Prior experience with Technology and Commercial setups is a must have
