They are looking for a skilled individual to head the compensation and benefits function for Pan India. To liaise with the leadership, manage global stakeholders and be accountable for all rewards and benefits related decisions taken associated with 600+ employees across Corporate as well as Plants located Pan India.  Job Description:  Reporting into the Global Head - Rewards & Benefits, your responsibilities will include,  - Provision of proactive specialist support in partnership with internal clients (HR & Business leaders) to drive business performance through design and implementation of effective Compensation & Benefits solutions  - End to end management of compensation design, competitive benchmarking and review of reward programs, change management and implementation of programs, annual compensation cycle review and alignment with Global total rewards philosophy  - Work on design and implementation of the variable pay plan of the company and other incentive plans including long term incentives, benefits and annual increments for different categories and level of employees in collaboration with the senior management team and other departments  - Make sure that the organization's compensation and benefits packages comply with statutory and regulatory requirements  - Identify ways to develop and conserve human resources  - Create and roll out global process timetables and where needed detailed implementation plans to enable delivery of annual pay budgeting, pay review and bonus processes   - Conduct surveys and ad hoc market researches to track market trends and make design recommendations based on data and statistics  The Successful Applicant:  - Minimum 8 to 13 years of experience in human resources  - At least 7 years- experience in Compensation and Benefits specialized role or leading end to end compensation and benefits in MNC organizations which have manufacturing facilities as well   - An MBA with specialization in HR from a Tier 1 or 2 business school only  What's on Offer:  Opportunity to work with a market leader, and an excellent package on offer along with exposure to working in a global environment.
