Position - Head of Revenue Services

Job Description :

- The incumbent is Head of Revenue Services (RVS) in OPER Organisation and based out of Chennai. Responsible for building and sustaining a secure and efficient production platform to deliver high quality services for GBIS clients and the transformation planned as part of OPER Strategy.

- Manage the existing RVS functions within Organisation across Chennai and Bangalore spanning across Principal and Agency business for Brokerage (Payables and Receivables, Static Data Quality, Revenue Control & MIDAS (Market Data and DMA Screen charges) - circa 100 FTE

- Deliver a secure production platform where operational losses and incidents are minimized. Ensure the outstanding amount and the cash breaks are on par or below the threshold

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with ITEC and other Stakeholders to deliver the production platform

- Ensure the KPIs and KRIs are in place to monitor performance and risk and well adhered too

- Provide transparency to senior management, onshore stakeholders and the relevant Front Office management around the performance and risk in RVS GSC

- Understand, educate team on internal control and compliance processes along with and legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure adherence.

- Deliver new offshoring & Transformation projects in a timely manner and without operational incidents / risks

- Develop and drive a culture of (incremental) innovation to continuously improve the operational platform

- Promote participation and active contribution global projects

- Develop the RVS function from a function that supports onshore production to a co-responsible team that leads production and actively contributes (and leads) to RVS initiatives as GSC- RVS would comprise 70% RVS function globally
