About the job:

Mandatory Requirement:

- 8-10 or more years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth.

- Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for driving revenue growth across the organization by aligning sales, marketing, customer success and product pricing.

- Identify opportunities to expand the business, including through different channels and new markets.

- Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive strategies and tactics.

- Own P&L, driving sustainable growth by achieving revenue and margin targets without compromising customer experience or brand identity.

- Oversee strategy, planning, implementation and coordination across all business initiatives to drive sustainable sales, market share and profit.

Experience and Qualification:

- Proven track record of growing revenue through different channels, new-product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.
