About the role The person will be responsible for overall revenue growth & brand marketing strategy in the childhood development space. The responsibilities will be but not limited to: - Drive overall brand marketing strategy: conceptualise & orchestrate integrated brand marketing strategy including campaigns, partnerships, brand building events, etc; - Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for products and pricing; - Own & orchestrate overall performance marketing; - Driving performance on all performance marketing channels such as Facebook, google; - Organic & affiliate sources of revenue and traffic for D2C channel; - Plan and drive the growth on marketplaces, both in India and Global (Amazon) with the respective team; - Conceptualise and orchestrate design and operations of own website, content platcforms and other D2C initiatives; - Coordinate with content teams to design & run content & campaigns; - Coordinate with the team to analyse campaign / marketing performance and adapt - traffic, conversions, MROI, organic vs inorganic, etc; - Own SEO; - Coordinate offline growth by adding partners/retailers, and orchestrating offline growth strategy; - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure revenue growth by collaborating with other functions like supply chain to ensure the right level of stocks, design to help create right products, content for campaigns, and customer service for customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention. Qualifications : - 5+ years of relevant D2C experience; - MBA degree, or degree in brand marketing and communications; - Demonstrated ability to take lead, ownership & accountability & drive collaboration across functions; - Strong analytics capability and understanding of D2C platforms and marketplaces like Amazon; - Ability to enable data-driven decisions and show a deep interest and comfort working with ROI and metric-driven models; - Proficiency in CRM systems, databases, and marketing automation.
