Head - Revenue Assurance - Financial Services Firm - CA

Opportunity to lead the Revenue Function for a leading Financial Services firm

Job Brief :

- Revenue Assurance: Work with finance, operations and business teams to identify and plug revenue assurance issues, ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue numbers. Develop internal finance controls based on industry best practices. Work closely with business finance team to develop strategies and improve processes

- Revenue Accounting & Accounts Receivables : Streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process identifying areas of performance improvement. Drive AR related audits and issues. Improve DSO and ensure smooth Free Cash Flow; ensure appropriate provisions for credit losses.

- New Businesses: Work with business teams to create fund flow and process flows for new products that get developed. Ensure they're kosher from a compliance standpoint and have robust controls.

- Drive automation of process and integration with SAP for all revenue streams. Work closely with internal transformation & product teams, lead projects and support in defining clear automation requirements of revenue processes

- Manage a team of 10+ individuals; create their career path and development plans.

Ideal Candidate :

- Chartered Accountant with post qualification experience of minimum 10 years.

- Ability to deal with business stakeholders and dynamic situations/issue resolution

- Proven track record of initiating and leading change and demonstrates strong cross functional collaboration

- People management experience
