Vacant Job Position : Head - Retained Search & HR advisory
Reporting to Principal Consultant :
Profit center head for Executive Search, RPO, HR Advisory & Training Solutions department with complete accountability for defined annual revenue target and further growth
Strategic Role :
- Responsible for strategy and process formulation.
- Devising system, process, workflow, dashboard for the high end HR services.
- Identifying and implementing advance assessment tools and skill matrices for effective assessment.
Assignment Acquisition :
- Responsible for designing business expansion plans
- Driving BD team and meeting Head HR & top management for acquiring niche assignments .
- Capturing assignments through maintaining stakeholders network and good relationship.
- Attending conferences, seminars, NHRDN for the network development and effective CRM
- Responsible for deptt Growth, Client Retention
Service Delivery :
- Acting as client SPOC, Understanding the client expectations for Projects and providing the high end solutions for the same.
- Directly Responsible for Client Service and successful completion of assignment & ensuring client delight
- Shall self work on some assignment and shall get some assignment done from senior resource
- Shall maintain good relation and coordination for completion of some assignments
- Performing industry research and preparing Industry reports and Executive Intelligence reports.
Shall have dotted reporting of talent acquisition and business development team.
Skills Required :
- Excellent Verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong analytic, problem solving & organizational abilities.
- Good exposure for Retained search & strategic HR .
- Excellent Academic Background.
