About our Client - Our client is one of the fastest growing companies in India with a diversified portfolio of products in the consumer durables space. They are widely regarded as one the most innovative companies in the industry they operate and are currently looking to expand this business by hiring a Head Retail Marketing, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible:

- Conceptualizing and setting up the entire retail vertical

- Lead all aspects of retail marketing including in-store promotions, activations and communications, and trade marketing at the same time

- Develop creative engagement programs to build the retail vertical

- All aspects of customer marketing and customer loyalty will be lead by you

- Devise a holistic marketing strategy for the branded retail business

- Drive partner account management, business delivery and process implementation for the retail business

The Successful Candidate - You will have at least 12 years of post qualification experience across the consumer goods/ consumer durables industry in core retail marketing functions. At the same time, the client is looking for someone with a strong conceptual ability and holistic knowledge of retail marketing and operations at the same time, with the experience in managing PnL. You should have the experience in developing PAN India marketing strategies for the retail business. In addition to this, you should have solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships.
