Head - Retail Sales - Manufacturing/Electrical Industry

- Lead Retail Sales for the Country

- Should have atleast 15 years of experience with 8-10 yrs in Retail Sales

- Good understanding of the retail business and the industry

- Understands the market dynamics, trends, macroeconomic evolutions

- Experience in Electrical industry is a plus

- Ensure Successful deployment of the Strategic Initiatives

- Should be highly people centric at the same time number driven

- Should be very ambitious and aggressive, should have managed and driven a business of 100-200 crs

- Ensure delivery of operational KPIs and sales numbers

- Implement the defined go to market strategy

- Bring in best practices

- Monitor local market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
