Head Retail Sales
- To drive revenues for the company
- To work closely and manage the relationship with distribution partner
- Build business volumes to meet P&L objectives in B2B, corporate, institutional and retail segments, plan and implement effective branding strategies along with the marketing team.
- To draw and implement sales budgets to achieve Top Line and Bottom Line targets of the SBU
- To create an effective “Push Sales Strategy” and maximize new business development opportunities
- To build and develop relationships with institutions/ corporate clients to generate volume and revenue
- Oversee merchandising and product display
- Revenue generation through new channels
- To work with the A&R team on compilations post analysis of historical sales data
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 10-12 years of experience in sales
- An out of the box thinker and a proven track record of increasing revenues, establishing dealership networks
- Significant expertise in sales, distribution , strategic planning & execution, pricing and client engagement
- Keen insights on customer preferences and trends to design effective strategies to maintain momentum in growth.
