Job responsibilities:

- To be responsible for Business Development & Retail Operations (P&L role)

- Responsible for Retail Operations, Retail Business Development & Merchandising

- Responsible for planning, developing and implementing sales program in the channel.

- Responsible for in-store planning, coordination & evaluation of promotions, marketing and Visual Merchandising.

- Responsible for Managing Retail Operations, Business Development, Sales and Marketing functions of outlets of Pan India

- Create Retail Identity with Marketing

- Comprehensive management of Retail Operations for Exclusive Brand Outlets in High Street Stores and Malls.

- Generates ideas about future retail activities to ensure a cutting-edge strategy; maintains up to date information of the market place, competitors and trends.

- Take decisions and manages the daily operations of the retail business including planning of resources.

- To ensure the delivery of operational KPIs and sales & profitability plan across stores

- Translates the strategic goals into retail operational plans to achieve the required targeted growth in sales and profit; identifies and optimizes promotional opportunities.

- To introduce new sales and marketing strategies.
