Head Retail (B2B Business) - Kolkata

Responsibilities:

- Establish a distribution network with a key review of the distributor coverage and efficiencies

- Handling & managing category & key B2B customers, suppliers and vendors in the area

- Explaining and onboarding of different stakeholders using Application for ordering Stocks from Distributors.

- Providing a structural training to different stakeholders who are using the Application.

- Team Management.

- Driving Training and deployment of the platform with key focus on enhancing sales

- Acquiring new customers for business generation by educating them about B2B business and its product categories.

- Maintaining and developing business relationships with existing customers, managing pre & post sales activities and ensuring monthly collection target

- Analyze the ground competition and feedback to develop competitive responses and strategy

- Planning, forecasting and Managing Inventory and ensuring timely delivery of goods to the respective clients.

Mandatory Qualification & Skills Required:

- Post Graduate from reputed institute .

- Local market knowledge is a must.

- 15-20 years of experience of Hard-core sales.

- Should have handled team size of more than 500+ employees.

- Target & process oriented.

- Should have experience in onboarding retailers from across the respective region with right value / assortment and quantity
